We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it.2. Photos, images, and other content you upload. Communications with us (including support requests) b. Information Collected Automatically, Device type, operating system, app version. PHOTOS, CONTENT & AI USE: Images and content you upload may be used by OOTD for: Marketing and promotional materials. This use aligns with the license granted in our Terms of Service and is fundamental to how the Platform evolves.5. SHARING OF INFORMATION: We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with: Infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics) Tools required to operate and secure the PlatformService providers bound by confidentiality obligations. Legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights and safety. We share only what is necessary.6. USER INTERACTIONS & RISK: OOTD is a social platform. That comes with exposure. We are not responsible for: User behavior. Harassment, bullying, or harmful interactions, emotional distress or trauma caused by others. DATA RETENTION & DELETION: Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, your account data is deleted. OOTD does not retain backups of deleted user accounts. SECURITY: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is impenetrable. You use the Platform at your own risk.9.
